We are looking for a lead game designer and therefore we need your ideas, creativity and organizational talent to lead our growing team of international game designers. If you are a creative person with good skills in organization you are the right one for this position in our innovative and open minded working environment.Job responsibilities: Lead and direct a team of international game designers of a dedicated game project regarding game ideas, game concepts, game mechanics and game design documentation on a high level base. Provide feedback, mentorship and help for all fields of a game development process. Supervise the design process for new features and mechanics for core or casual games . Support and supervise the implementation of designed items and features. Communicate with all connected departments and team members, especially the design team. Work closely together with the creative director, product owner, game designers and other internal stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years’ experience as game designer, game developer or games analyst.
