This role will lead sustainable process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to achieve cycle-time reduction, improved quality, and increased productivity, increase visual management, facilitating Lean Kaizen events and/or training, converting existing production/information processes from “push” to “pull” systems, documenting/maintaining financial performance of lean initiatives, and safety/ergonomics programs. The position will work across the European Operational sites and will work intimately with other cross business teams. The Lean Leader will partner within the European Region leadership and direction on the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategies and processes. Working cross-functionally with Commercial Ops, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Finance, the Lean Leader operates collaboratively to value stream map the customer experience (by customer segment) and takes action to improve it.
