  Description: In this role, you will assess, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and development solutions. You will apply your working knowledge in the field of learning and development in the areas of Developing Talent; Influencing Stakeholders; Designing and Delivering High Impact Learning and Development Interventions; Improving Individual, Team and Organizational Performance; and Measuring and Evaluating Solution Effectiveness.• Deliver high quality solutions (classroom; virtual webinars; online eLearning) in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes; manage and respond to learner needs; ensure that the learning solution is made available or delivered in a timely and effective manner.• Conduct needs assessments; design and develop appropriate learning and development interventions (formal and informal) to meet business needs; analyze and select the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and business impact.• Gather fact-based quantitative and qualitative data to answer specific questions regarding the impact of learning and development solutions; focusing on the impact of individual programs and creating overall measures of system effectiveness; leveraging findings to inc ...
