Mission : We are offering a great opportunity to become the Legal Manager of Altran in Germany. You will be based in Frankfurt, Munich or Hamburg and will support Altran primarily in Germany and Austria.The Legal Manager will be responsible for a broad range of legal, contract management and corporate matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following main areas of work:• commercial contracting• negotiation of service and cooperation agreements, purchase agreements and other commercially relevant documents• contract risk assessment, pre and post award contract issues• managing corporate and secretarial matters, including delegation rules• supporting the corporate office for mergers and acquisitions• litigation and claims management• participating in the development of best practices and processes for use within the region and internationally• advising on company policies and procedures• working closely with relevant functional departments• managing litigation with external legal professionals Profile : • at least 6 years’ corporate and commercial experience gained at a multinational company and at a law firm• exposure to commercial contracting and corporate legal matters• solid track record in handling negotiations, claims and disp ...
