As the Manager Accessories Sourcing - Fashion you will be responsible for creating a label- & product-type specific sourcing strategy for fashion accessories. You will develop a seasonal plan for product allocation into accessories suppliers and monitor seasonal sourcing performance regards to delivery, quality, and costs in close alignment with Global Operations Sourcing’s field organization. . JOB PROFILE: Sourcing strategy Drive and communicate Fashion Sourcing’s input to Fashion label-specific Business Unit-strategies (business model, volume, material trends, margin/cost expectations, product attributes, etc.) Translate business unit needs into accessories sourcing strategy - which identify the future sourcing network & capabilities needed to service the BU (e.g., COO mix, FOB cost /duty optimization levers, manufacturing technologies, material needs, selection of specific tier 1 suppliers) Partner with the Supply Chain Management organization in order to build sourcing support for differentiated supply chain models needed (e.g., fast response or never-out-of-stock models) Seasonal allocation Regularly screen accessories supply base opportunities, e.g., identify potential new vendors to work with directly, agents, etc. – where needed, in alignment with Global OPS S ...
