Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities: Supervision of teams and people management. This means in detail: Ensure team’s management including support on difficult questions, coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal and guidance Take full responsibility for the performance of the team such as compliance of internal and external accounting regulations, observe the time targets set in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), achieve KPI’s of the SLA and Group reporting deadlines. organize and supervise the daily work of the team including incorporating new tasks into the team have disciplinary responsibility such as approve/decline holiday/flexi day of the team members, perform PEP and Team Line Up (TLU), provide input on salary decisions, agree on goals for the team members, propose development actions, take part in recruiting process, organize the initial training and integration of the new team members, and any further action required by HR policies.
