Supervise & monitor supplier development activities for Baker Hughes-Celle Manufacturing Plant Supervise Supplier Quality Personnel for area of responsibility Interface with Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and other parties to ensure parts/suppliers are qualified in a timely manner Perform “due diligence” supplier audits for qualification and/or various business needs Lead risk assessment & create product Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, with suppliers Analyze & respond to customer ( internal & external ) complaints ( Quality Notification, Corrective & Preventive Action Request, Supplier Corrective Action Request ) as it pertains to supplier conditions Develop & proactively initiate supplier process improvement projects to improve QUALITY, DELIVERY & reduce process VARIATION Lead & supervise supplier development activities Supervise and assist with the assessment and selection to qualify and approve potential suppliers Responsible for ensuring continual supplier performance evaluation Responsible for ensuring supplier improvement and development projects are undertaken Other special projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned     Qualification:   Degree qualified or equivalent,  (degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be beneficial) Lead Auditor ...
