Origination and execution of restructuring and performance improvement projects (hands-on-work!) Carve out and post merger integration projects Partly shadow-management and operational work in the (portfolio) companies as interims-manager (CEO/CFO/COO/CRO) Consulting and coaching of the existing management teams in the (portfolio) companies Management of restructuring-teams Business development in the corporate world, private equity funds and at workout-desks of major commercial/ investment banks Our client is a TOP-3 financial/ debt and operational restructuring/ turnaround/ interim management firm which is owner-operated and privately held.
