Creating substantial operating improvement in the portfolio companies Development of comprehensive operating plans Identification of the portfolio company’s strengths, weaknesses, competitive position and other relevant factors Implementation of restructuring / operating plan Consistent contact with portfolio company’s management Taking on interim –management positions as CEO in the investments (if necessary) Management of the turnaround –teams and development of the existing operations-team Hands-on (financial) restructuring and reorganization (debt restructuring, refinancing etc.) Involvement in divestment an investment decisions Business development, target screening, management of M&A process Our Client is a well-known private equity firm with focus on investments in mid- to large- cap (€ 50m to € 5bn) distressed companies (underperformers, turnarounds, special situations).
