Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:   This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Centre of Excellence (COE) Retail by supporting the sustainable growth of Reebok Concept Stores and Factory Outlets through the development and implementation of Brand appropriate, consumer-relevant and commercially-minded Retail Marketing.   Key Responsibilities:   Process and ‘Ways of Working’ Identify key Reebok Retail partners within the adidas-Group organisation, define and agree roles and responsibilities, optimal ways of working, service level agreement and key projects and milestones.   Reebok Concept Stores Identify Reebok Concept Store Retail Marketing gaps and opportunities and define yearly priorities. Retail Marketing Calendars:  Develop and be accountable for global seasonal Reebok Retail Marketing Calendars based on Brand Marketing priorities, Global Product highlights, commercial opportunities and market input. Together with Reebok Go-to-Market, define products that will be highlighted in monthly campaigns and the level of marketing support they will receive at Retail. Drive implementation of global Retail Marketing Calendars in all markets with Reebok Concept Stores through the management of the local Retail Marketing calendar development ...
