The Go to  Market Lead for Consumer and SB is responsible for driving the overall Consumer and Small Business Demand in Germany and Austria via all online and offline channel (call centre). The GTM Leads owns ther Marketing plans for both segments and is responsible for managing the consume and sb business on a daily business. The GTM lead interfaces with other channels (retail etc), merchandizing (price, offer definition) and the online team. The GTM lead is managing a small team of demand marketing managers. An in depth understanding of both segments, mediaplanning and the dynamics on the German market are key requirements to be successful in this role. Intimate knowledge of mediaplannung and integrated campaign management (mailings, out of home, online, social media, offline vehicles) is a must.   Demand Management Understand customer + small business needs, our competitors and market trends Develop Go To Market Plans together with the Dell teams, how to position and merchandise the right offers, for the right target segments, in the right media, at the right time Develop creatives together with the agency and the Dell teams to support the positioning Define success criteria and ensure solid metrics / reporting for our marcom activities Manage on time-campaign launches an ...
