      Purpose:   Define & implement business process management in accordance with strategic direction across all global business units/ functions/ creation centers for the adidas or a specific sub brand in an efficient/commercial value approach to ultimately achieve consumer satisfaction as well as a positive brand image and corporate profitability;   Specific disciplines: GLOBAL PROCESS HUB: end-to-end Global business process management (creation, go-to-market, milestone meetings and communication management) with additional support requirements around FUNCTIONAL SPOKE assignments: specific internal business area ‘clienting’ (Professional Competence Training Program)       Job profile:   Manage x-functional alignment of Marketing sub-processes (e.g. sampling process) and R&R for Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Brand-  and Sports-Marketing Support an effective working relationship across the GTM/CREATION/OTHER FUNCTIONS’- environment through regular interaction and communication Become ambassador of and drive the execution/further development of our global professional competence training program in alignment with cross functions and HR Manage sub-process alignment globally/ regionally/ locally/ x-functionally  including process integration  Support creation c ...
