Job Responsibilities: *Mergers and Acquisitions - Europe The Group: The Mergers & Acquisitions group at Perot Systems is a small high-performance group that has had an extremely successful track record of closing acquisitions that have contributed significantly to the growth of Perot Systems. The Role: The principal mission of this position is to identify, analyze, recommend and negotiate potential acquisition candidates in the European and Middle Eastern markets in accordance with the company’s strategic and financial growth objectives. The successful candidate will analyze the financial statements, operations and market sectors of target companies, determining their tactical and strategic complement with the company’s portfolio objectives and assess the appropriate valuation metrics.
