Stellenbeschreibung The owner of this positions provides the direction and the necessary support to obtain the operational excellence of our processes, products, people, materials, technologies within the site, in direct collaboration with the rest of PUs/SFs within the frame of GMP´s and HSE´s regulations. In this interesting function as: MS&T Head (m/w) (Member of Site Leadership Team) The main responsibilities • Manufacture and optimization to pilot/industrial scale of new product launches (local development or transferred from other Sites), transfers in or out, and current product portfolio at the Site. • Ensure the quality level and the compliance with GMP and HSE regulations in accordance with local SOP's. • Lead process, packaging and cleaning validation and equipment qualification to be state of the art and compliance with GMP and Novartis Quality Manual. • Ensures excellence in launch of product or technologies, including the concept of Quality by Design, DOE and PAT where applicable. • Establishes and supports implementation and maintenance of a LMS (Learning Management System) in Wehr as well as state of the art technical training. • Drives support to PUs by implementing operational improvements. • Leads of weak point products on commercial brands. • ...
