Crytek is looking for a Multiplayer Producer to support the development of an unannounced title. Job responsibilities: The ideal candidate will combine both creativity and management skills. Schedule planning across the project with other Managers and Directors. Ability to work under tight deadlines, and negotiate with publishers. Tracking and communicating progress in development and preparing status meetings. Highlighting risks on progress and provide solutions. People-problem solving and motivation practices. Coordinate with internal and external partners for the delivery of builds, art assets and other communications as required. Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity.  Requirements: Previous experience on Multiplayer games, at least one title released. Passion and knowledge of games. Strong cross-team communication and people skills. Ability to integrate feedback on his work from an early stage. 5+ years of experience in the games industry. His background can be either from a senior / lead design role or manager / director. Ability to communicate in English.
