The Network Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation and ongoing management of the cloud services, network, and remote operations of the infrastructure support for Crytek’s Online service based games and platforms. This individual provides overall management and direction to network and systems administration personnel, and is a key member of the online operations team. Responsibilities: Work with all departments and service providers to assess, plan, and fulfill IT needs In collaboration with the company management and other departments, define clear service level objectives, as well as metrics, and remediation processes to guarantee meeting them, including but not limited to performance and availability targets for online services, and technical support Plan, and implement processes that lead to excellence in services delivery, including but not limited to incident tracking and remediation, change management, service monitoring, disaster recovery, alerting and escalation Produce requirements and technical specification documents for the online infrastructure Work closely with engineering, and design teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure, application and database servers Requirements: 5+ years of experience in technical operation ...
