The R&M IT&S FVC EU&A PMO manager reports to the head of Project Delivery and will be responsible for managing the PMO team and assigned tasks and accountabilities. This role is supposed to manage the change from the as is situation to a best practice PMO that supports all delivery projects in a way that those can deliver as efficient as possible whilst adhering to all standards, policies and guidelines.This role is to support the project delivery teams within R&M IT&S FVC EU&A in the execution of their projects through the deployment of effective processes, supporting the effective use of Planview as well as working with Segment and Group IT&S to develop processes and tools that will enhance project delivery in R&M IT&S.The PMO organisation is an integral part of the R&M IT&S FVC EU&A Project Delivery team organisation taking a lead role in areas of commonality and cross organisational dependency e.g. governance, portfolio management support, quality & delivery assurance, programme methodologies & tools and reporting (portfolio, programme and operational).The PMO organisation has accountability for:• Governance framework for the project and the transfer into production support landscape• Development, provision and optimisation of deployed PMO and Quality capability, BP and t ...
