  As Process Manager Centre of Excellence - SCM Sales (m/f), you will provide global supply chain processes and process governance with a focus on Sales that are, based on best practices, value adding, end-to-end, and an enabler for the business to achieve the adidas Group strategies and targets. JOB PROFILE: Provide global supply chain process expertise to drive and support adidas Group initiatives and projects by providing project management skills, business blueprints, process re-engineering, process and systems training and documentation. Create vision and strategy of global supply chain processes for defined area of responsibility which are in sync with the overall company strategy and objectives. Continuously detail, evaluate, advocate, improve, develop, document, communicate, and maintain global multi-brand supply chain processes. Drive global harmonisation and standardisation of processes (blueprinting) thereby reducing complexity and increasing transparency and accountability across the adidas Group applications. Create and maintain a strong network between the different stakeholders, i.e. Business Process Managers, regional counterparts, Global IT.
