The Project Contract Manager is responsible to support the Project Manager and lead the Project Core Team in Contractual Obligation Management, Contract Administration and Claim Management with regards to the Customer (and Consortium Partner) Contract(s) and similarly support Procurement with regards to Supplier Contracts. The Project Contract Manager will ensure that all Core Team functions have understood the obligations which BT has to fulfill under the respective Customer (and Consortium Partner) Contract(s) and in consultation with the PM ensure that BT contractual rights are exercised correctly.     Key tasks Establish and maintain the Contractual Obligations matrix liaising with Core Team functions to ensure obligations are understood and effectively implemented within the respective functional activities. Establish and maintain the Contract Administration process ensuring that all communications to and from Customer are effectively managed according to contractual requirements and policies, ensuring that a proper archive is maintained throughout the Project lifecycle.
