In this role your are responsible for leading the Project Management discipline within the Business Unit (BU) worldwide. You are accountable for the successful operation of the discipline of project management within the BU to achieve all targets in terms of quality, cost, delivery and productivity (QCD-P). Furthermore you will address and resolve all escalated project related issues on BU level. It is in your responsibility to identify, address, report and resolve project deviations to QCD-P targets of the entire project portfolio within the BU. This means in detail:   Manage the strategic aspects of project management within the BU Oversee project management leaders of all organizational units within the BU Review on a regular base all BU related projects Develop, implement and maintain sound project management practices (tools, processes, behavior and skills) Develop and implement strategic objectives for the projects of the BU Ensures projects meet or exceed objectives, including timing, quality and margin Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project management discipline worldwide Create an environment where project managers can successfully achieve professional career path goals Manage the development of project managers and project management leaders   R ...
