Your professional challenge:As a Senior Project Manager Customer Fulfillment you demonstrate ownership to work across all functions and roles to improve the delivery experience and excel in pushing Amazon’s passion to be “Earth’s Most Customer centric Company” in all aspects of customer fulfillment. You are the responsible Program Manager for Amazon Prime in Germany. You dive deep into the customer experience, analyze performance, identify requirements to grow the member base and define opportunities to add value for our customers that will drive adoption and membership growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of the local planning and execution of the program. You are constantly analyzing, reviewing, benchmarking and refining our customer fulfillment performance thriving for continuous improvement raising the bar in delivery experience. You innovate in delivery options and choices and drive delivery improvements resulting in faster, more flexible, lower cost deliveries. You work closely with numerous functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Retail Business, Finance and others to support continuous improvements in key customer facing metrics.
