To provide a Deployment lead for the SAP (Linde Template) deployment in RCN (Region Continental & Northern Europe). Deployment lead will be responsible for the successful deployment of the Linde Template solution for all assigned countries and / or regions within RCN. Local Country Deployment Plan Creation / Execution: - Responsible for preparing a comprehensive deployment plan- Responsible for local country scouting activities including: local country prep and readiness for deployment / driving local data cleansing activities / local resource on-boarding- Responsible for leading all deployment localization activities including: Fit/Gap workshops, support for data migration (mapping, cleansing, test loads)- Responsible for leading the Realization activities including: Integration testing, defect identification and resolution and retesting activities- Responsible for post go live support activities and handover to the local business teams- Managing the RCN Stakeholders:- Proven ability to communicate with project stakeholders and to ensure timely and frequent updates on project status / issues and risks and proposed contingency planning to ensure delivery according to the plan- Ability to work with and to develop strong working relationships with a variety of project stakeholders ...
