  Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:   Reporting directly to the Operations Director Supply Chain Management for the Markets Central, East, France and Nordic, you will ensure the on-going optimisation of the entire SCM process as well as the implementation of Global Supply Chain solutions and project initiatives on a global and/or European level as well as realising the related introduction and change management processes by independently leading and coordinating projects.   Responsibilities:   Independently execute Supply Chain Management projects from project planning (by applying globally defined project methodologies) to project execution (by defining and monitoring milestones) to project completion according to the operational and budget targets (on time, within agreed budget and in the right quality); especially during project execution, the Project Manager will be supported by project members of the respective departments whom he/she will also lead within the scope of the projects.
