Job Description The BPA Manager is responsible to manage financial matters for the region. He keeps track of the Regional P&L and NWC and supports management with all kinds of financial analytics to manage commercial operations for the region. This highly analytical and technically-adept individual provides financial and budgetary forecasts, analyses actual business results vs plan and PY, prepares and discusses business cases, provides day-to day support to countries and management, prepares presentations for the Region. Major accountabilities:- Lead the planning process for the region- Prepare and discuss financial plans for the region- Lead month end closing and related business analytics - Provide perspective on business results across multiple countries and the region- Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results- Identify and drive productivity projects across the region- Manage day to day requests from and to country Finance counterparts- Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information provided by country finance and management teams- Manage financial aspects of cross-regional commercial projects and steer implementation- Prepare presentations fo ...
