By order of our client we are looking for a Regional Manager International Tax (m/w). - Effectively manage the relationship with local Directors of Finance, Vacation Club International and local tax advisors to ensure foreign income tax returns are properly prepared, timely filed and appropriately documented -Ensure compliance with tax filing obligations including estimated payments and informative returns- Engage local advisors to prepare and consult on local tax filing obligations- Facilitates the collection of data required to prepare tax returns- Review permanent and temporary differences on local tax returns for agreement and understanding- Review local tax provisions for consistency and agreement- Prepare tax accounts reconciliations considering tax accruals, tax prepayments and tax assessments- Coordinate and approve payments of professional fees- Manage data for key reporting to head office- ...
