Summary As a Relationship Manager your role will cover client facing and commercial activities for commercial banking products as well as credit risk related internal activities. You will be in charge of dealing with credit financings and other forms of balance sheet CVaR commitments and an active management of the internal credit line exposures as well as with selected related corporate finance topics.   You will work directly with the Senior Banker and 2 Senior Relationship Managers in charge of Financial Institutions clients in Germany and Austria   Main responsabilities   In coordination with the Senior Relationship Managers you will carry out the following tasks for all Financial Institutions clients: - Coordinate the use of existing credit lines in order to optimize the client relationship and arbitrate between business lines (incl. investment banking) - Prepare and negotiate credit line increases based on business lines requests - Pro-actively optimize the use of credit lines in joint-work with the clients - Within Coverage&Investment Banking (CORI), be in charge (in coordination with Senior Relationship Managers) of the client facing negotiations for credit financings (bilateral or syndicated; direct facilities; letter of credit or guarantees), both with regards to mar ...
