You will manage a technical application laboratoryand supervise the dry mortar applications (bondedsystem or tile adhesive). Also you will support thetechnical guidance for our additiveproduct-portfolio, advise our customers andintroduce our products at congresses andworkshops. Moreover, you will evaluate markettrends and competitors´ activities in the appropriateapplication area. Furthermore, you will beresponsible for product development through yourfunctions within the research project teams. Youwill also support the market launch of new productsand work on customers´ requests. In addition tothis, you and your research team will conduct theanalyses required by your customers.Beyond a degree in Chemistry, ChemicalEngineering or Construction Engineering, you haveseveral years of relevant work experience. Ideally,you are familiar with the market segment ofadditives and formulation of dry mortar systems forconstruction chemicals. In order to perform this rolewell, you act in a sustainable and responsiblemanner, and you are used to working in aninternational environment.
