Essential Responsibilities Directly manage and mentor a team to deliver high-impact process transformation results using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Develop a comprehensive view of existing engineering processes & tools across GE Energy Power Conversion and for GE organizations joining the new business. Define, prioritize and roll-out common engineering processes. Develop a plan for operationalization of new processes and obtain buy-in from GE Energy Power Conversion leadership to drive change.
