  This position will be a critical business partner to the RFA business unit General Manager to provide analytical support in order to make important strategic decisions.  This includes developing financial forecast and analyses, generating a monthly reporting package with qualitative business summary, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement to the overall financial support process.    This candidate will have excellent collaboration and influencing skills and able to show that success comes from working across many functions with the ability to work at many levels in the company from the Exec team to financial controllers. Strong communication both written and verbal will be essential for this position.   This position will be the primary site Finance manager for Heilbronn and will be responsible for all FP&A functions.  While overseeing day to day activities for both Finance and Acctg functions, the overall responsibilities for Europe Acctg will be centralized.   Key Responsibilities: Act as a business partner with the RFA business unit for all financial needs.
