The EMEA Direct Sales team is responsible identifying, qualifying, recruiting and cultivating successful strategic key clients from the publishing, ecommerce, OEM, travel, retail and enterprise verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Direct Sales team's delivery of the EMEA Commercial Plan; the successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers spread across the main regional offices. The team is charged with growing the customer and revenue base in the core EMEA markets. This role is key to the Netbiscuits strategy moving forward, you will be representing an in demand platform in a high growth and competitive marketplace. Your Tasks and Responsibilities The post includes especially but not finally the following tasks: Contribute to and implement own part of the business plan for EMEA Market (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Competitor Analysis, Market Approach) Build and manage the Direct Sales and Account Management team in EMEA Communicate the Netbiscuits value proposition and products to directly prospects and in co-operation  with the EMEA Partner Team including participation at trade events, partner days & other marketing initiatives Ensure the team is continually identifying prospects, qualify opportunities, winning deals f ...
