The IDM Systems Engineer will use their technical knowledge to drive sales while insuring partners satisfaction through proper expectation management. As part of maintaining customer satisfaction, some post-sale duties may occasionally be required to resolve customer issues. The IDM Systems Engineer must be a self-starter and always seek opportunities to advance sales and industry presence for Dell Storage in general and EqualLogic/Compellent in particular.   Duties and Responsibilities The IDM Systems Engineer will be responsible for the following duties.
