The primary responsibilities of the position are: Manage a group of accountants and provide leadership within Centre of Excellence General Ledger Responsible for the preparation of monthly and yearly closes for Dresden, Netherland and A.D. Companies for US GAAP, IFRS and HGB including balance sheet analysis and overseeing the preparation of internal reporting packages Close coordinator and fully in charge for external and internal audits Ensure smooth interface to Accounting & Financial Services Organization in Singapore, Business Finance in Dresden and Corporate Accounting in US Ensure Internal Control compliance and support Policies and Procedures set up Ensure high level of customer orientation within the Shared Service Center Drive permanent process and system improvements to increase the competency and efficiency within the Center of Excellence General Ledger Ensure benchmark ability of the Center of Excellence General Ledger in regard to quality and costs   Your profile:   University degree in Business Administration or Economics or degree in Accounting and several years experience in the field of accounting or accounting related functions Comprehensive HGB knowledge and experiences with IFRS and US GAAP Experience in leading projects as well in managing people Excellent ...
