We are looking for a result oriented and highly self-motivated engineer to take on a senior role for the design of analog integrated circuits for sensor and automotive applications in specialized CMOS processes. This person should have significant experience with analog design and layout and be able to start contributing with minimum lead time. Job responsibilities include: > Circuit design (Bandgap references, Power-on-Reset, Charge-pumps, ADCs, PLLs, OPAMPs, DACs,    Protection devices) in customized CMOS technologies (High voltage, power driver, E²PROM, etc.).> Concept development, circuit verification and support of lab characterization and debug.> Technical responsibility for R&D projects.> Technical supervision/support of co-workers and IC layout engineers.> Hold design reviews and support tape out flow and sign off activities.Your profile > Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics with focus on semiconductors or   microelectronics.> At least 5 years experience in analog design.> Experience with the following tools and methods: Cadence IC6.1, ADE, Analog and mixed-signal   simulation, analog regression tests, FMEA, measurement techniques, statistics.> Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies.> Good verbal and wr ...
