Purpose:   This role is key to the successful implementation of the CRM Strategy and is responsible for maximizing the results (as measured by incremental sales, ROI, LTV, NPS) of CRM campaigns across adidas Group: Ensure CRM is integrated in everything we do, maximizing every opportunity to capture consumer data e.g. Olympics, Euro Football Championships and global Brand campaigns such as OBC Be the interface with CRM Managers in the Markets and Channels to develop and execute an engagement calendar that “connects consumers with their passion” Work with Category Teams and key stakeholders to generate engaging content that keeps consumers coming back for more Establish effective CRM processes that systemize 1-2-1 consumer engagement in a scalable model     Job profile:   In line with the overall adidas CRM Strategy, define yearly priorities and translate into targets and deliverable projects Be part of the group that evolves the CRM Strategic Business Plan including business case, resource requirements and key milestones Drive the implementation of the adidas CRM strategy around the globe Map out the consumer journey and set up the necessary processes for the effective running of campaigns Drive implementation of Global CRM marketing campaigns and tools across markets Dev ...
