We currently have a job opening for a Senior Customer Intelligence Manager (m/f), available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Proactively develop the CRM environment in order to boost profitability of CRM activities Turn analytical findings into operative CRM measures Independently develop the company’s CRM strategy Implement data mining, web mining and machine learning  algorithms as well as processes to identify patterns and create statistics Advise and support the Customer Management team with the aid of findings gleaned from data analytics Carry out and document complex analysis projects and present results to the Executive Board Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Degree in business informatics/IT, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, reporting or data mining Analytical and holistic approach coupled with design skills and the ability to learn quickly Broad knowledge of data mining, analytical CRM and multivariate statistics Strong business acumen Experience with large quantities of data, i.e. findings gleaned from data mining workbenches (e.g. Statistica, SAS, SPSS Modeler) ...
