  Purpose: Manage Mechanical Cushioning and Training for Sports technology platforms. Generate and develop market leading concepts, products and processes within the area of a.i.t. Energy Management, by addressing engineering and development know how.   Job Profile:   Set project targets for development engineers and Interns. Provide leadership, mentoring, and standards of practice for ait Materials- and Mechanical Engineers as well as Interns.
