The position will be based with our subsidiary office in Dusseldorf, Germany. This position will haveresponsibility for manufacturing, process development, analytical, quality control, and otherdepartments that may support activities to manufacture clinical and commercial products.ResponsibilitiesAreas of specific responsibility and attention will include the following:1. Partner with department heads and project leaders in both the corporate and subsidiaryoffices to establish the framework for effective cross-functional and project team workrelationships to achieve business and operational objectives.2. Provide leadership and management oversight for all operations that support activities tomanufacture clinical and commercial products. Hire and/or develop the team to establish andmaintain an efficient and effective commercial manufacturing operation.3. Develop and implement effective operating plans aligned with corporate strategic initiativesand business goals and improve processes. Develop operational budgets, cost controls, costestimates, capacity plan, resource and facility requirements to support corporate strategicbusiness objectives.4.
