Shopper Insights and Channel Development will be an integral part of LEGO Company’s go to market strategy. The department will have responsibility for shaping the way consumers shop for LEGO, whether that is the look and feel of the environment, the experience delivered within that environment or the key drivers for influencing their purchase. Working within the SI and CD department will require not only innovative thinking but demands an execution mindset to ensure improvements are actionable and effective.MissionThis exciting role will play an integral role in the growth of LEGO retail around the globe.
