You will report to the European Indirect Manager, and will manage the distribution channel for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will sell high volume transactional products through distributors, developing indirect business by implementing dedicated programs and strategies aimed to gain Market share. You will also deliver superior value to end customer while keeping distrbutors motivated and committed by providing them leadership and business direction.As the main distributor contact, you will be accountable/responsible for:- Delivering expected business results by PL in terms of sell-in and sell-out.- Supporting Distributors on sales and Marketing activities to gain mind share and commitment. - Ensuring sales and Marketing programs are executed by distribution channel.- Ensuring different distributor category integration (Catalogues, T&M specialist) - Developing a joint business plan. - Providing distributors with leadership and support by joint customer visit.- Managing Distributor performance and inventory. Qualifications: About youYou will need to be educated to at least university degree level or equivalent and have achieved extensive experience in T&M distribution market.
