Global Reward & Performance (GRP) is a strategic unit within Group Human Resources, responsible for Allianz group-wide compensation & benefits frameworks and tools, Allianz' executive compensationstrategy and the management of certain group-wide programs (e.g. long-term incentives, employee stock purchase plan). In addition, GRP is responsible for the contracts of and HR matters concerning international assignments to Allianz OEs in Germany (AZ SE, AGI, etc.) as well as for those leaving from Germany on assignments abroad. Key Responsibilities Management of international assignments in close cooperation with the Allianz OEs, ie: - Advice, assistance and support of expatriates, executives and HR colleagues in Allianz OEs- Check and implement employment, social insurance, tax and legal aliens contracts and conditions- Design of the assignment contracts including cost estimates and consultation with cost managers- Cooperation with external business partners (relocation service, authorities, etc.)- Re-Entry Coordination Continuous improvement of work processes in the group and their implementation Ensuring compliance with the service and quality standards as well as relevant legislation and its implementation Perfect execution of business processes and efficient work Advising the sup ...
