In this position you will be the lead controlling business partner for the Global Business Franchise (GBF) as well as the lead contact for the Head and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).   You will support the GBF, Head and SLT in developing strategies, business plans and long-term plans for products and the portfolio. Therefore, you will provide information, analyses, interpretations and recommendations for decision making and steering of the global franchise business activities. You will perform financial evaluation of complex business development opportunities, e.g. in-/out-licensing transactions and financial due diligence. Moreover, you will challenge the financial aspects of business development contracts to bridge strategic intent and operational feasibility of collaborations. You will prepare the monthly/quarterly reporting on global franchise and business development projects and provide financial support to strategic transactions of Early Stage Licensing, Business Development, MS Ventures, Alliance Management and Corporate M&A.
