Job Description Senior Global Program Leader (m/f) Biopharmaceuticals Project-No.4636/3174 • Responsible for several biosimilar development programs and/or LCM projects • Supervise International Project Managers / Global Program Leaders who functionally report to the position • Lead international multidisciplinary program team and the process of decision-making within programs/projects • Lead the process of developing integrated cross-functional strategic and operational development plans for respective program/projects, and execution thereafter • Lead scenario generation for the development plan, incl. contingency planning and the process of decision-making within the team • Consolidate cross-functional program information for reporting to management decision boards and global line function heads • Provide forecasts and support management of development budget of respective program/projects • Responsible for deliverables, quality, time and costs for the program • Support evaluation and DD process for new in-licensing candidates for the program as appropriate Minimum requirements • Degree in life sciences, PhD preferred (or equivalent experience e.g MD, PharmD) • 12 + yrs equivalent multi / cross functional leadership experience • Previous work in internat ...
