Scope of Role The Senior Implementation Architect must possess a combination of deep retail expertise along with practical retail software implementation experience.  He or she will be responsible for at least the following: Presenting and enhancing Implementation Approach & Methodology Contributing to the achievement of EMEA consulting bookings targets Contributing as required to the generation of proposals, ensuring they reflect the capability of the Oracle Retail Consulting practice [although responsibility for creation and commercial ownership of proposals lies with Consulting Sales teams] Supporting the Consulting sales function, defining appropriate solutions combining Oracle products, customer existing products and partner products [when needed] Developing high-level implementation roadmaps, outlining how customers can transition to proposed solutions and migrate from existing to new technologies - able to identify “quick wins” as part of this process Working with account teams to discover and exploit opportunities for cross and up selling Keeping abreast of product roadmap and new features and their impact on  implementation plans Producing the Scope of Services, relative to their areas of specialism, together with associated assumptions and client obligations, for ...
