 • Manage regional trademark portfolio by trademark searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, watching and maintenance, managing outside counsel, negotiating with third parties, and representing the Company before Trademark Authorities (where appropriate), defending e and enforcing trademarks rights. • Strategize/negotiate/draft agreements, including license agreements, settlement agreements etc.. • Counsel business on all trademarks/domain name/copyright matters, e.g., risk assessments, licensing, acquisitions, divestments, regulatory, etc. • Contribute to the development of (regional and/or global) trademark, copyright and domain name policies and procedures and ensure implementation. • Continuously develop personal and professional skills. • Actively contribute to global performance of Trademarks Sandoz within the global GIP (Group Intellectual Property) Trademarks team; co-operate with all functions within GIP Trademarks team; build partnerships.
