  Als Senior Manager (m/w) Transfer Pricing entwickeln Sie klare, verständliche Verrechnungspreismethoden und stellen deren Dokumentation sicher. Sie wirken an der Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Richtlinien rund um das Thema Transferpreise mit und setzen diese intern um. Darüber hinaus kommunizieren Sie mit allen Managementteams der Merck-Gruppe insbesondere in Bezug auf die Beschreibung des Merck Business Models und der Wertschöpfungsketten sowie hinsichtlich rechtlicher Anforderungen in verschiedenen Ländern. Ihre Gesprächspartner sind dabei z. B. Business Unit Leader, CFOs/CEOs der Merck-Gruppengesellschaften, Projektverantwortliche und leitende Beamte der Steuerbehörden in allen relevanten Merck-Ländern. Qualifikationen Juristisches, volkswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium Ca. 5 bis 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Transfer Pricing Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen steuerrechtlichen Verrechnungspreisvorschriften/-richtlinien Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten Hohes Maß an Diplomatie und Verhandlungsgeschick ...
