  Tasks Being a member of Economic M&A Department within Group Strategy. The M&A team is responsible for all our M&A activities worldwide. The M&A team is supporting business units, regions and countries. Tasks for the M&A team members include support of M&A transactions, preparation of company profiles, preparation of management presentations, market analyses, peer group analysis, benchmarking and continuously improvement of the department M&A Process. The M&A team is working closely together and sharing tasks when necessary. Qualifications hhh Excellent university degree in business admistration, corporate finance, engineering or similar qualification, ideally complemented by additional business education (MBA or other post-graduate studies) hhh Several years of relevant work experience in industry (manufacturing, automotive, power) and or related consulting and or related investment banking. Exposure to any operational improvement, business plan analysis, lean management, efficiency improvement, restructuring and post merger integration hhh Excellent level of written and spoken English and German hhh Very good IT skills, ideally VBA knowledge hhh Self starter with very good analytical skills and comprehension of complex structures, broad-minded teamplayer, zero defect attitud ...
