Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop new products in addition to sustainingengineering activities on current products. You will be required to evaluate products, parts,technologies and processes for cost-efficiency and reliability. In your position you will liaise withkey stakeholders such as product managers, process engineers, manufacturing personnel,purchasing and external development partners. You will provide expert consultation in one ormore areas for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems.Acting as a technical leader and resource for consultation on complex projects, you will mentorless experienced engineers in methods for developing technical solutions and effective approachesto cross-functional product development. As a top-level contributor, you may also be taskedwith directing development activities for a product line, and will report directly to a manager orexecutive.
