Drive the strategic framework and tactical execution for aftermarket products and services ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. This includes managing the Country Service managers, Senior Training Manager and Depot manager. Provide leadership to ensure achievement of annual financial targets working closely with sales, marketing and aftermarket resources to ensure cohesive execution of operating plans. Develops and optimizes standard processes that leverages aftermarket resources in delivering profitable and high added-value services and support to our customers. These include installation/validation response time, Depot Repair Efficiency, Incident Response Times, etc. Provides key strategic input supporting the goal of creating customer loyalty with installed base. Develops and maintains operating and financial metrics that drives continuous improvement across the aftermarket portfolio. Coordinate activities and workload balance of the Manchester service operations of Technical Service, Factory Repair, and Training, and the multi-country Field Service operations to ensure smooth delivery of service to customers in all European countries in which GEAI has a direct service force.
