Services Delivery ConsultantDuties and Responsibilities:- Acts as a subject matter expert on Patent Analytics Services projects under his/her responsibility- Works with the customer to create and works with the production team to manage Patent Services project plans under his/her responsibility,- Ensures with his/her management that production resources are available and allocated to the completion of the customer project within a specific timeframe- Determines pricing for the designed project and when applicable, for large/strategic accounts works with Services Solution Consultant to communicate estimate to customer.- Liaises with global production operations to deliver against project plans- Ensures that service levels are maintained or provided at a level necessary for customer satisfaction to be maintained at an optimal level.- Contributes to the development of new sales revenues and client retention by helping to identify potential sales and retention opportunities, participating in pre-sales calls, delivering customized presentations, developing written proposals and providing subject-matter expertise opportunities- Works with Account Managers on best practices for selling Services and trains them on new projects, including participating in sales calls (when appropriate)- A ...
