Responsibilities Located in the office for the development phase and on site for execution phase of the project Working closely together with the Scour-, Foundation-, Cable- and WTG- transport and installation team to contribute the technical preparation of RAMS and deployment of sub-contractors Contribute the preparation of layouts of potential ports for storage and load out Strong support in steering the installation across to the execution phase Responsible for the organization, coordination and observation of the construction progress of an Offshore Wind Farm Ensuring the quality of work during construction phase and installation is conform to QA and HSSE procedures of the ECR Group Responsible for mobilization of the staging ports Responsible for the coordination of storage and load out of components from staging port in the scheduled sequence Qualifications Experienced in management and execution of construction sites Mandatory Leadership experience Great communications skills Excellent skills in written and spoken German and English language Relevant experiences in offshore logistics and installation activities Great knowledge of: - procedures as upending, dual crane operations and vessel discharging - special tools as lifting and transport devices - handling equipment ...
